GLASGOW WARRIORS centre Graeme Morrison reckons the team spirit in Sean Lineen's young squad is second to none ahead of Friday's trip to Llanelli.

Morrison will make his 100th Magners League start for the Warriors at the Parc Y Scarlets making him the most experienced player in the line-up.

And, after Sunday's resounding win over champions Ospreys, 28-year-old G-Dog can't wait to get his teeth into the Welshmen to mark his century.

He said: "You can never really prepare for occasions like this. The time has gone pretty quickly and you can put that down to the fun I have had since joining seven years ago.

"When I first started we had players like Glen Metcalfe and Gordon Bulloch in the squad, and I had to pinch myself in the huddles when involved in these games.

"I'm massively proud to play for Glasgow. I speak to guys who have left the club and the atmosphere isn't the same anywhere else.

"The guys have a real camaraderie, everyone gets on well together, and it's a club I really love playing for."

Not only will Friday's match mark Morrison's 100th league start for the club, it will also leave him just one appearance shy of Dan Parks' all-time appearance record of 142 games for Glasgow.

Head coach Sean Lineen paid tribute to the 25-times capped Scotland star, saying: "Graeme has been a fantastic servant to the game both with Glasgow and Scotland.

"I've seen him develop into a class act and you won't find a more reliable player.

"I know he is very proud to play for Glasgow. He is integral to what we're about."

Lineen has made five changes to his side for the trip to Llanelli, which is being broadcast live on BBC Alba.

In the backs Peter Horne has been promoted in place of Bernardo Stortoni who is rested. Wingers DTH van der Merwe and Federico Aramburu are reinstated to their starting berths as they recover from flu and a neck strain respectively.

Ed Calman replaces chest injury victim Moray Low in the pack and Calum Forrester is given the nod ahead of Rob Harley.
