Mike Copeland in top form but Glasgow Rocks cut up by Sheffield Sharks

MIKE COPELAND (pictured) top-scored for Glasgow Rocks with 20 points last weekend but it wasn’t enough to stop the Kelvin Hall side falling 85-75 at Sheffield Sharks.

Despite a battling display for the first three quarters, the Rocks slipped away the Sharks upped the ante in the fourth with tears of 9-3 and 10-3 with Mike Cook top-scoring with the home side with 22 points.

The Rocks are next in action at the Kelvin Hall in the BBL Cup against Cheshire Jets on Sunday with tip-off at 5pm.
