GLASGOW CITY crushed Aberdeen 9-0 at the weekend to go top of the SWFA Premier League table.
The win underlined City’s credentials as title favourites this season and head coach Eddie Wolecki Black was
delighted to emerge with no injuries ahead of a busy international schedule for the Scotland stars in his side.
He said: “I am really happy. Our passing and movement was excellent. In Aberdeen we had to overcome a great addition to the league.
“They’re a fit side and were perhaps unlucky to catch on us on a day like that.
“We showed great patience, kept the ball really well and created lots of chances.
“The team came through with no new injuries and we wish all the girls luck in their international matches.”
