JANUARY'S transfer window closed on Monday with no further ins and outs at Partick Thistle - although a late St Mirren bid for Marc Twaddle was booted out.
Despite reams of speculation linking top Jags Jonny Tuffey, Gary Harkins and Twaddle with SPL cubs, all three will now remain Thistle players until the summer at least.
Be it good news or not for the cash-strapped Jags, Ian McCall will now have all his top guns at his disposal as the club continue to keep the pressure on the first division promotion hopefuls.
St Mirren made a late bid to snatch left wing back Twaddle on Monday but their offer did not meet with Thistle's valuation of the player and was booted out.
It means the concluding list of ins and outs at Firhill in January reads:
IN: Kris Doolan (Auchinleck Talbot) and Lucas Akins (loan from Hamilton Accies).
OUT: Mark Roberts (Ayr United), Ryan McStay (Dumbarton), Pedram Ardalany (released), Chris Turner (released), Stevie Lennon (returned to Rangers) and Damon Gray (returned to Hibs).
