THE Old Fruitmarket hosts the Family Percussion Picnic at the weekend.

Join composer and workshop leader Dave Boyd on Sunday for 90 minutes of spontaneous music making, merriment and munching.

No experience is necessary and instruments will be provided, but if you have a percussion instrument or drum, feel free to bring it along. Up to four people are admitted per ticket, though one must be an adult.
