GLASGOW ’S getting ready to rock to the sounds of the 50s, 60s and 70s.

The nostalgic comedy cabaret show That’ll Be The Day will play the Pavilion next month.

And courtesy of our friends at the theatre, we’ve got five pairs of tickets to give away for this not-to-be-missed rock-and-roll spectacular.

That’ll Be The Day was established on the cabaret circuit in the late 1980s and played regional theatres for two decades. Now That’ll Be The Day is back on the road and set to thrill new
audiences.

Writer and creator Trevor Payne still directs, produces and stars in the production.

Each year, he spends time and energy making changes and updating the fun-filled show.

Trevor said: “We’ve just celebrated the 25th anniversary of That’ll Be The Day and we can’t wait to bring people our brand new show.”

To be in with a chance of winning one of the five pairs of tickets, answer this question:

What famous US singer of the 50s sang Peggy Sue?

Put your answer on a postcard, along with your name and daytime/mobile phone number, and send it to: That’ll Be The Day
competition, The Glas-wegian, One Central Quay, G3 8DA.

Entries must be with us by Wednesday, April 25. The editor’s decision is final.

That’ll Be The Day plays the Pavilion Theatre, Renfield Street, on Friday, May 11. For tickets, priced £17 to £20,
