Robbie Williams confirms Hampden Park date as Euro tour comes to Glasgow

ROBBIE WILLIAMS is set to hit the road again on a solo European stadium tour - with a date at Hampden Park in Glasgow confirmed for next June.

The Take That superstar says the tour is to seal his place "in pop history".

Williams, 38, said it was "legacy time" and the birth of his daughter and his reunion with Take That had re-invigorated him.

"The rumours are true. I'm getting Robbie Williams back together again", the Angels star joked.

The tour - his first full tour for more than six years - kicks off in Manchester next June before travelling to Glasgow and London's Wembley Stadium.

Dates:

June 19 and 21 - Etihad Stadium Manchester

June 25 - Hampden Park, Glasgow

June 29 and 30 - Wembley Stadium
